INGREDIENTS
2. Shrihit Turmeric Powder 1 Tablespoon
3. Shrihit Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon
4. Shrihit Kitchen King Masala 1 Teaspoon
5. Shrihit Amhur Powder 1 Tablespoon
7. Oil/ Butter 2 Tablespoon
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil/butter/ghee.
- Add all the above-mentioned Shrihit spices and stir well.
- Put Shrihit Makhana to the pan and mix well.
- Roast Makhana on low flame, till crisp.
- Allow it to cool and munch on.
