Our Philosophy

The mystical energy of mantras is as intact today as it was thousands of years ago. All we need to know is how to invoke a mantra. And, this is exactly what our provision is about.

Mantra Chanting: Preparing Food with Mantra

Chanting a mantra while preparing food is an easy and uplifting way to enhance the healing energy of a meal. Our vibration goes into food: the emotion and intention we feel while cooking affects how the meal is experienced. Mantra chanting raises the vibration and brings more Parana (life force) to our food.

With the ever-increasing focus on eating fresh, organic, and local, we all want to get the most from the food we eat. By chanting a mantra while cooking or preparing food, we step it up even more. We sing peace and inspiration right into our food.

Vedas taught us about cooking, “Use whatever you have, and chant while you prepare the food.” Whether it is a simple meal or an elaborate feast, food cooked with love always tastes better.

Food mantra can be used while cooking or preparing food. If we are what we eat, then we just need to consider what vibration it is that we want to eat today.

We process your food with
Mantras for health & prosperity

We love to chant Brahmārpañaṃ to express love in our heart while we prepare flour and food for our customers. Chanting Hanuman Stotra is helpful for redirecting the negative thoughts out and uplifting the Good energy we put into the meal. Using Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra “puts good energy in the food to keep up.”

Blessing our food – giving thanks – is also an important piece of healthy, balanced eating. Food can make us full but it is a much deeper level of satiation when we live in gratitude for what we have. Putting the intention of gratitude into the food we eat is a blessing for all who have participated in the process: the sun, rain, and earth that grew the plants, the hands that helped prepare and distribute the ingredients, those that lovingly prepared the meal, and the lucky ones who get to enjoy it. It is an honoring of the food and the sacred vessel that it feeds. Vibration is sometimes subtle but it is real. Feed yourself and your loved ones the best. Feed them mantra!

Eat in Vedic Way!

You might be surprised how detailed practical instructions contain ancient Vedic texts on various aspects of life. For example, Sri Vishnu Purana contains detailed instructions on the types of food that man should consume, but also about the ways to do that.

A person would have to sit down for lunch in a happy state of mind. You should not eat with wet hands or feet, or be dressed in only one piece of clothing. When Dining, it is best to sit facing east or north. You should not eat facing the corner or during sunrise or sunset, or if it is in a melancholy mood. Besides fruits, roots, roasted and dried foods, chutney and sweets, you should not eat food from the previous day.

You should eat as follows: first sweet, then salty and sour. Bitter, spicy and tart should be left for the end. Furthermore, if you take the first liquid food, and at the end again liquid food, you will never get sick or have stomach problems. And finally, you should never criticize the food you eat, you should make small talk but focus on eating.

You should not eat the remains except butter, honey, curd, and flour-based foods.
